Originally from Dublin, Ireland but based in the U.S., Daniel has over 20 years of experience in international education, training, workshops and business consultancy, Daniel O'Connell brings knowledge and passion to his audiences. Having held Senior Management positions in International Baccalaureate schools, and universities, he shares his vast expertise with both the private and public sectors. Daniel's philosophy is simple - putting humanity back into the workplace, whilst speaking from the heart.
He specializes in leadership training and holds degrees in Education & Training and is a certified University of Cambridge English teacher. Ambassador and Master Trainer for the International Coaching & Speaker Federation and the Global School Alliance. Daniel is an officially authorized leadership trainer by the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) in México.
